Olde Saratoga Lager
Brewed in the grand tradition of the Vienna Lagers of Austria and Marzenbiers of Munich, Saratoga Lager is a smooth, medium bodied lager with a pale copper color and a rich aroma. German hops and Munich malt impart an intriguing balance between light, soft bitterness and a refreshing sweetness. Available in case 4/6 12 oz. Bottles, 1/2 Kegs and 1/6 Kegs.  


Winter Seasonal Imperial IPA
Our Winter Seasonal Imperial IPA has been delicately crafted for those crisp cool days when the skies are resplendent and the air glistens with the slow fall of a million flakes, when nature gets ready to turn her thermostat way down and your desire for something warm and enthusing is almost a primal urge.

This Imperial India Pale Ale can slake some of that want. Our robust, full bodied IPA is brewed with massive amounts of hops and paired with a rich blend of luscious malts. The result is a perfect balance of heady hop flavor and aroma. At 7.5% Alc. by Vol. this India Pale Ale is the perfect winter seasonal!


Summer Ale
This Select Special Edition Summer Ale is an unfiltered and refreshingly smooth white ale. It is brewed with malted barley and unmalted wheat. This wheat ale features a blend of sensuous spices. A hint of orange peel and a twist of lemon makes this ale a thirst quenching expeience you will savor!
6% abv. 

Talon True Style Barley Wine Ale
True Style Barley Wine is grand in flavor and body. It has a rich amber color and a full robust body. Talon has been aged for months which gives it that traditional, intense and delightful warming barley wine flavor.
10.5% abv.
