The Olde Saratoga Brewing
Company in Saratoga Springs, NY, is the wholly owned
subsidiary of Mendocino Brewing Company in Ukiah,
California, and has been bringing you the highest
quality, fresh, traditional, all malt craft-brewed
lager and ales since 1997. Brewing the five legend
ales, the Mendocino Brewing Company was established
in 1983 as the first brew pub in California and the
second in the USA. The Olde Saratoga Brewing Company
now brews, bottles and kegs of these famous ales
for the entire East Coast.
 In the year 2001, the Olde Saratoga Brewing Co. began brewing Kingfisher Premium Lager for the USA, joining
three other countries worldwide who brew Kingfisher.
Kingfisher Premium Lager is enjoyed in over 55
countries and is the world's #1 selling Indian beer.
Olde Saratoga
Brewing is the sole brewery for King Fisher in the
Northeast United States.
Top on the list, however, is Brewmaster McErlean's, fresh and delicious Saratoga Lager especially
brewed for the local region. It is a German/Austrian style Marzenbier, a reddish, coppery color with a full malt character,
slightly sweet to the palate, and a lightly hopped finish. It's a great reason to stop in and visit the
Tasting Room and have
a pint of a truly fresh, locally brewed German style lager.
